Our Return Policy:

All Sales Are Final No Refunds

There is no cancelation of orders after 24 yours. If Items are in shipping those can not be canceled, a 15% credit fee will be charged to cancelation.

All orders are discretely shipped. All orders in the US will be processed within ten business days. We receive US currency only. United States, shipping takes 1-3 weeks with UPS services and signature required on delivery. To prevent fraudulent charges the following policy is in place.

All order going oversea' 3 - 4 week for shipping. We are not responsible for packages after they leave the USA. You are responsible for custom's and any charges.

1. Shipping address must be the same as card billing address, or we will have verify the card by phone, if it is not, this can slow down the processing and shipping time.

2. Signature for receipt of merchandise will be required at shipping address, NOTE: we will do all we can to get your order to you as requested, although we can not garrentee it, if there are circumstances beyond our controll.

3. No refunds, all sales are final.

There will be a $15.00 restock fee and you will be charged for the reshippment, for Management approved returned item, UNLESS DAMAGED. Exchange only for defective merchandise exact item exchange only (all merchandises inspected before shipment) A claim of defective merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. You will be issued a claim number upon exchange approval and defective merchandise must be returned for inspection/replacement. This policy is for the protection of the credit card holder/and our company.
